Story behind the song:

 

During the 2nd month of Lockdown, I started seeing the reality of COVID 19 in front of my eyes that people breakdown mentally, economically, losing their job and people around me started getting the sickness and knowing the real struggle during that time was a major breakdown for me and for everyone. I have that fear but I always looked up to Him no matter what and I decided to bless His name for He is very good to me and I started declaring His blessing and the song He gave me. I realized that wasting our tears and our fear for the diseases won’t make us any different so, I flip it up and decided to praised His name and started giving to Him my worried and fear and that was the time He made me lies down in the green pasture and I know He is with me and He renew my strength and gave me a new revelation to move forward.

The Story Behind the song:

This is human nature that we want to take credit for big or small things for we have done and it's not wrong or right to do that, for some people that motivate them and for some thats sounds very selfish. However, when we look deeper into all our success story there is always somebody behind us who works very hard and giving us freedom and liberty so that we can focus on our work. We shouldn't forget about them.
Here in this song "The One" I am talking about something beyond our imagination that is about God- who is the creator of Heaven and Earth, the beginning and the end, the healer, the redeemer. Sometimes people take advantage of the work done by the Holy Spirit and boasting about themselves. forgetting the fact that God is the source that we were able to help one another, cares for others, able to pray for the sick visiting them, comforting them. All these are the work of the Holy Spirit that encourages us to do and He is the one who gave us this power of humanity.
As the scripture says in Jeremiah, “Don’t let the wise boast in their wisdom, or the powerful boast in their power, or the rich boast in their riches.”.
But the Psalmist says, Some boast in chariots and some in horses, But we will boast in the name of the LORD, our God.
That should be our attitude as a Christian the follower of Christ. Yes! He is the One.

Thursday night we came together for family worship time - A few moments earlier, I was a bit discouraged and thinking over what am I going to do next and every one of us has this phase of life from time to time and I decided to read the Bible and saw these verses from  1 Peter 2:9 &10 and it really captures my eyes and started studying and reflexed upon it and the scripture renew my mind and it speaks to me that this is the moment to praise Him because He has done everything for you on the cross. That was the moment I lifted up to Him and really inspired me to write and it's importance in our life we keep on inviting the Holy Spirit to come and move in us. We are human beings and fall easily into temptation. Praising His name and declaring His name makes us stronger and attach to the Father throughout the season.

The Story behind the song:
The lyrics and the melody come up when I was writing “The everlasting Love” one day I was writing for the 2nd verse and I was at pause when I wrote the line.
“There is no transgression that you can’t forgive
You’re the one who embraced me, just as I am
I’ll sing your love”
And I try to define myself what is love in our present context, for we know that this world we live in is about ourselves, pride and hates. We didn't care for others and we remember him/her when we have trouble and we spread the hate among us when we don't have company in times of needs. The song once again reminds us that we need to believe in one another, to have faith, hope, and love. To know the greatest Love became vital and it is important in our life because without that we won't understand why it called the greatest of all and without that, we won't be able to share.
We need to find ourself where we belong and give back to the community where LOVE belongs.

This song is inspired from Psalm 103, Every time we tend to forget the love of God and what He is capable of in our life instead we made ourselves limited and judge ourselves.  Like David’s, we need to remind ourselves that He is the God of love and compassion every day in our life by declaring His capability and wonders. We should not forget that without Him our life is nothing then the empty jar which makes noise.

One day when I was sitting on the terrace with my ukulele and viewing the busy crowded street. I can see there that there is no word so-called "LOVE" in society. Everyone can see what is happening in our society but no one bothers it. On the other hand, the mother just left the kid in the yard and she went out for work, No one care, and what's the community means for? the question arises in my heart. I came from the society where the preacher preaches about love however, everyone acts like they know it but in their heart, nothing is there. I remember from the scripture it says that "Without Love. I gain nothing." Therefore, we need to have the attitude of loving one another starting from our family. Yes! We need to Love.

This song is inspired by Psalm 31. In the time of trouble and when I thought that "why I'm in the center of all the difficulties and problem?". Through meditating the words of God it's Inspired me that's He is there in for us and He is willing to help us the thing we need to do is we need to submit to Him and cried out to Him as He's the only one who can lift us up. So, Trusting Him in the midst of trouble is the only solution. Of course!!! He is Faithful and His goodness overflows every day.

Story Behind the Song:
I started writing this song when I first came to Delhi for my career and its been really hard staying alone without any family member to guide me in term of physical and spiritual, it's like the world is going to fell apart every day going for a job interview, draining out money, sickness. its been really hard to imagine and its seem like life going to end somewhere but His Grace is sufficient for each one of us and this made me realized His Amazing Grace and remind me that He is there for us. No matter where we are and who we are, His Love and Compassion is enough for us. There is no one like our Lord Jesus.
